My power windows on the drivers side has stopped working all 4 windows. What can it be?
Ford 2006 F150 XLT driver side windows will not work. Changed 30Amp fuse and changed switch for windows.
Is it just the drivers side windows? Or all 4? It says both in the question.
It's all 4 windows.
when you replaced the switch did you check to see if you had power to it on the light blue and black wire? I would also check the boot between the body and the door for any broken wires.
Don't have meter to check for power on blue and black wires but I did check for any broken wires and didn't see any.
was the fuse blown?
Invest in an inexpensive voltage meter or a simple 12Volt light, a socket, and two pieces of electrical wire stripped on the ends to check for voltage. The only way to start is to determine if voltage is getting to the switch on the drivers side door.
I have a broken wire on mine
I change the switch on my driver's side door the master switch but power window still doesn't work on the drivers side
