I have a 06 Ford F 150 with 150,000 miles. Recently it started running a little rough. I had someone check the codes and it said that cylinder 6 had a misfire. I had a mechanic change the coil over cylinder 6. It ran fine for 24 hours and suddenly the next day it started to run rough again. Hooked it up and once again cylinder 6 has misfired. Any suggestions?

No I did not change the plug. Can a bad fuel injector affect one single cylinder?
Yes,it,s just like a plug,it,fire,s gas to that cylinder.

I should have mentioned that if I am sitting at a light in drive or driving down the road and only giving it a small amount of peddle it misfires but when on the gas pedal heavier or if I take it out of gear sitting at a light and rev it to 1500 RPM's it runs fine.
