That was a window motor and regulator.
SORRY I am new at this. My question was CAN I JUST REPLACE THE WINDOW ALONE OR MUST I ALSO REPLACE THE REGULATOR TOO ? IF I ONLY HAVE REPLACE THE WINDOW MOTOR WHAT MUST I DO TO THE WIRE SPOOL ATTACHED TO THE MOTOR ?
I do not understand the question, so allow me to ask. Does your power windows not go up or down when you press the button? If the answer is yes and the window regulator (motor) is at fault, the door panel must come off, the rivets holding the motor in drilled out, and the motor replaced. You can use 1/2 inch nuts and pan head screws to secure the motor. Just make sure the nut is on the outside.
