If the system is fully charged and pressures are reading correctly then I would suspect the cycling switch to be adjusted incorrectly or the air flow is restricted. Is your truck equipped with an auxiliary A/C cooling fan?

Yes system is fully charged and reading correctly, at least that is what the service tech checks off on his sheet. I am not sure about the extra fan. Where would I look for it? Really flying blind when it comes to these things. My dad would be shamed to know I have no idea....

The fan would be located in the engine compartment if it is a puller, behind the grill if it is a pusher and it would turn on when the A/C is turned on so you should be able to hear it running with the A/C on, engine idling. I am still suspicious of the pressure switch but without the pressure readings I can't say that is it.
