The exact same one as you have. Run your VIN on a online VIN checker to know the correct part number.

Both of them are the same number 4R70W only difference is the years one is an 01 mine is an 05 due to the years is why I want to no will it bolt right up

There are small differences that the basic number will not identify. You have to run the VIN to get the correct part. I just went through this issue a few months ago with my F150. BTW the best deal out there is to buy a Ford Factory Rebuild as they do it right and have the best warranty going ---- Three years, unlimited mileage with no commercial restrictions.

Bolting up is one thing. Working correctly is another thing. Remember your trans is controlled by the same computer that runs the engine.

I understand I'm just working on a real tight budget and trying to get one that will work. Wish I could just buy another one but not now I cant

Installing a trans that does not work will not help your budget. Installing a 4 year older trans from a truck that is different from yours probably won't turn out well but Good Luck!
