My ford F150 Temp gauge and air conditioning (compressor not fan)

Asked by Aug 31, 2013 at 02:26 PM about the 2005 Ford F-150 King Ranch Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While driving my f150 with air conditioning on then both the temp gauge will stop working
and the air conditioner will stop blowing cold air, then both will start working again and
then off again. (This is in a period of minutes) So we turn off the air but the gauge
continues to go off and on

Could be an electrical/wiring issue. Best to have it diagnosed by a competent mechanic.
