Why is my truck missing when in overdrive going up a hill?
My truck runs perfect untill it gets in a strain of any kind then it starts missing. Can
anyone give me a solution without spending lots of money in possible solutions?
Is the service Engine/check engine light on?
the injectors might be stopping up. run some injector cleaner through it or some higher grade gas.
also change the fuel filter.
THANKS for all the probables,I have changed the fuel filter, ran injector cleaner through it and no help also the check engine light is not on Thanks again.
Sorry that didn't help. It can be several possible things. Unless your check engine light is on you will be throwing money at what you think it is. You might can go to a part store and have them to do a check engine test on it. I have had trucks that the light wasn't on but it still threw codes.
