Why would the power locks on 04 prizm stop working? I can hear clicking behind the dash when I try to lock it.

The clicking is the relay it means the switch is working the problem is there is a break somewhere. No power. You can rule out the actuators because its happening on all the doors, and probably rule out a bad ground due to none of them working. Look for a blown fuse, bad connection, or bad wiring. I'd start with the fuses.
