Truck seems to want to stall(and occasionally will) after bringing it to a stop after running on the highway for a while.

I would clean your intake and maf with carb cleaner , try not to do this when the truck is cold , best to use the cleaner and a toothbrush , I made the mistake of cleaning when it was cold and sprayed all the carbon into the engine , fowled out the plugs then flooded the engine. luckily got it started the next day after a cloud of smoke the truck ran great

Cleaning a MAF sensor with a toothbrush will destroy it! MAF sensors have a very thin platinum wire that is heated (engine running) in order to sense the mass of air flowing over it (in grams) touch it they break and its time for a new one. If you do try cleaning yours only use MAF cleaner spray it only. The best way to locate your stalling problem is to use a code reader the Pcm -vehicle computer will have codes and indicating issue(s).
