2004 Ford F-150 5.4L V8

Bought used and first sign of rain I wanted to see how it
handled off road in sloppy conditions. Long story short it
dominated off road, on my way home however I would
lose all power and have to pull over turn the car off wait a
few seconds and then could keep going for about a mile.
The truck WOULD NOT turn off I would just lose all power.
