Not starting but cranks over

I just put a new fuel pump in my 2002 chevy
impala ls and i tryed to switch the relays but
still is not wanting to start and the pump isnt  
wanting to kick on what do you think what it
is

This may be a bad fuse or fuel relay,but most of the time it is the ignition switch that has gone bad.

Check voltage at pump and trace back to relay upto ignition switch to determine where the problem is vs guessing
