There is no juice to my car and positive battery sparks to where I am not able to connect what is the problem

sounds like you have a short in your wiring, first disconnect the neg battery cable, hook up the pos cable and then hook up the neg. That is the proper way

Once you correct the sparking, check the large fuses in the underhood fuse box. With a dead short at the battery cable the main fuse is bound to be blown. HTH. -Jim
