My car's Low Oil Pressure light comes on whenever I brake for as long as I'm touching the brake pedal. It goes away a second or two after I let off the brake. What's going on? Is it a short?
The low oil pressure light just came on today, I pulled over to check my oil and engine.
The oil levels were good and the engine didn't have any visible issues. After a while I
noticed the warning light only comes on when I'm braking. Just tapping the brake pedal or
sometimes after a second or two it will go off. Is it a short? I'd think if it were any internal
parts the light would be persistent.
first thing i would do is check/change the pessure sender- oil level sensor /add marvel mystery oil
