when we pour fuel directly into throttle body it starts up. how can i tell if the regulator is bad?

hate to ask you to do this but suck on the source vacuum to the regulator...it should let fuel flow~ if not we have a defector on our hands~

I'd look at the fuel pump, unless you can hear it runnin'~

there is a fuel pump relay as well~

CHECK FUEL PUMP PRESSURE AT THE FUEL RAIL ALSO TO MAKE SURE IT IS IN THE PROPER RANGE AND IT NEVER HURTS TO CHECK FUSES,RELAYS AND CODES ON THESE OBD II EQUIPPED CARS.. RAGONZALESSR

also look and see if the security light is blinking if it is the the theft control module sends a signal to the ecm that turns on the fuel pump you can reset it just google it
