2002 f150 sitting for 3 years

i am interested in buying a 2002 f150 and it has been sitting for around 3 years.  what kind of problems might i run into?  it has the 4.2 v8 engine.  i know check tires, brake lines, oil, tranny fluid.  is there anything else i need to check?  it starts but seems a little rough..  thank you!

first find out why it has been setting for 3 years,I would be weary of it.
