My power is still on in my 2002 Ford F150 even though the key is out. I already replaced my ignition switch. It won't turn over at all.

Did you change the ignition switch on the column or the one under the dash? If it is the one under the dash you might have it clocked wrong. The switch under the dash is adjustable or slotted. You have to ensure the switch is slid into the correct position so when the key is off the power is off. I have seen a lot of this done by people who doesn't know this info.
