i have an 02 f150 thats shutting off wile running, lights fade and then nothing

I have a few codes coming up, to rich, crank position sensor and miss fire on 4 and 6; I replaced the sensor, got an new battery and the alternator checked. I also experienced a loss in heat that boosted back up with high rpms and a squeal from my power steering on startup with overflow coming out of the cap. please help

It still sounds like the alternator. Sometimes they will charge with no load on them. Have it checked again with your high beams on, radio on and heat on high. Misfire codes you need to replace #4 & #6 coils and spark plugs. See if it is low on antifreeze for the heat problem.You may need a new drive belt and could have been too full of p steering fluid or air in it.
