My 2001 ford f150 doesn't turn on it cranks but, the engine doesn't turn over??

Cranks but won't start? It's either spark or fuel delivery. Which engine? Usually, it's a fuel pump failure but I wouldn't throw $100+ part at it on a guess. You need to read the fuel pressure with a gauge. Retrieve the codes from the computer and see what they indicate.
