I tryed the starter fluid it worked but still have a
problemneed help. It is idling hight and wont shift
when i shut it off it wont start what could it bee

Not sure what you are talking about, what was done with the starting fluid? This makes me think you have a fuel issue, check the fuel pressure.

Check the cable at the throttle body that goes to ur cruise control, it might've gotten stuck keeping ur throttle opened and it won't start
