Why would my oil gauge drop low and shut down my vehicle?

Need to see why my Ford F150 2001
4.6 L motor shut off while driving oil
pressure went down then shut off
have power for everything else try to
start truck and it charged it won't turn
over like motor is

Why wouldn't I was driving her? No noise off motor or anyting oil gauge dropped truck will not start has full power need the answer for what I should look at her.
