2000 Ford f150 tranny

My truck is a 4x4 ford f150. I put new tranny
in it.  New sensors and complete fluid
change.  My od lights flicks on and off but
the big issue is that it will not shift out of
first gear. I have been told is the computer.  I
need help please.  Cause this is third tranny
I've put in the truck in 6 months ask with
same issue.  Ant ideas???
