Chime for lights left on, keys still in ignition, etc stopped working

Why are you replacing the ECM? Are you saying you left the key in the ignition with the engine off and door open and now it won't chime anymore? I think you just drained the battery? Charge it up or replace. You can check the voltage on it if you have a multimeter, should be 12.3 or higher to start the car.
