99 Ford F-150 has power but won't start jumped the starter out and got it start replaced starter and still won't turn over
Would say a bad neutral safety switch or bad ignition.
Look on the firewall between the battery and the starter for a solenoid. If one is there jump it from that location, for a second as the starter will engage and stay engaged if it starts. If it starts replace the solenoid attached to the fender-well.
Correction. Look on the fender well between the battery and starter. There should be a wire leading from the battery to the solenoid.
