2002 Chevy Cavalier - Transmission?

My 2002 Chevy Cavalier has been having some issues.
Check engine light, ABS, Trac Off etc. changed the ABS
sensors, changed the fuel filter, new battery, new
alternator. It won’t go faster than about 30 mph and
seems to die either at stop signs or even more randomly.
It turns right back on and goes again after. The RPM goes
up and it sounds like it is trying to go, but it just.. Doesn’t.
Help?

It's your cat on your exhaust, it's plugged up. Feel the amount of air coming out your tail pipe.
