Truck won't turn over only makes one click not like
typical bad battery clicking

If you jump it does it start? If the battery is good I would suspect the starter.

I'll look into it but not willing to crawl on ground right now for this Ford lol I'll get it home first

Well felt solenoid it's making click so I'll strat there then starter going cheap first

It can't hurt to charge the battery and clean the battery posts and cable ends.
