If synthetic oil has been used stay with it, small ptice to pay for a long lasting engine. My Vette has 132000 miles with nothing but Mobile One and good maintenance. Friend in NC has a 2006 Vette with 267000 miles, Mobile One all the way.

Once you go synthetic, you can't go back, it will do damage to yoru car... so if yuo have already used it, yes, it is required...
