i have a 98 150 froze motor and a 02 explorer truck is a 5.4ltr and the suv is 4.0... can install the 4.0 in the truck??? And what should I expect to run across???

It will swap,but you may need to swap the intake, and a few sensors to match with it,all so may need have the donor motor ECM to match the engine or have the original flashed to it.
