I have a 1997 ford f150, when i pour antifreeze in the coolant resovoir it leaks out the rear of the engine what could it be.

Could be the block is cracked. Or you have a rusted freeze plug.

If it leaks out all the time, with engine off and radiator cap off, it could be as BohoMark indicated. Also check heater core connections and hoses.

In to the reservoir and not the radiator? The reservoir is cracked or broken
