drum to disc conversion

what difficulty level, any advice ?

The most difficult part would be the proportioning valve- getting the balance between front and back brakes just right- and that would be critical in a pick-up because the light rear on that beast wants to lock up, anyway- sounds real dangerous to me, and overkill on a PU-

I have rear disks on my 2002 F150 and I love them. I would go for it. Disk brakes don't lock up as easily as drum brakes.
