Without doing any suspension work a 5.0 is about it, of course you will have to update all of the electronics to match. Then there is the tranny, stick or automatic? You will have to decide that and find out what your lacks to do the swap.

Lots of V8 choices, 302-4.9 351-5.8 460.7.3 easiest method find "donor" vehicle with Big block 385 series 460- 7.3 along with all the engine management controls (computer) and up grade items like larger radiator...etc

If money is no object, anything is possible. Watch a few episodes of those car building programs on the tube to get an idea. I personally liked the one where they tried to stick one of those 700 HP Dodge engines in an older vehicle, then couldn't get the thing to start or run because of all kinds of electronic gizmos which were either not installed correctly or missing totally.
