i HAVE A 1993 F150 EXT CAB WITH A STOCK 5.0 302        I AM WANTING TO
MAKE A PROJECT HOT ROD OUT OF IT.   IS IT BETTER TO DO A ENGINE
SWAP OR JUST UPGRADE EXISTING MOTOR WITH PERFORMANCE PARTS

If you have the cash, have an engine built to do what you want. Then consider a transmission and maybe a different differential. Everything is going to be driven by the dollar, or lack thereof.
