5 speed 4x4 f150 no 1st gear or 2nd gear...shaft? fork?...or what else...other gears seem fine.

Broken shift fork or synchronizers bad. Maybe the teeth on those 2 gears too. If these two gears have gone you have metal in it now and the rest will be soon to follow. Time for a tear down or replace the tranny.
