In my experience, the most common cause for this is a faulty check valve in the fuel pump allowing all of the fuel to drain back to the tank overnight. Your pressure and delivery are good, it just sounds like you're having to refill the fuel system whenever you park it for a cold soak. A gauge left on the schrader valve overnight will answer this one. There should be a considerable amount of residual fuel pressure after an overnight soak (1/2 to 3/4) . BTW - your fuel pump should only run for 3 seconds at a time with the engine off. 5 minutes is an eternity and if that is correct, you have a sticking fuel pump relay too.
