Under upper iintake mainfold

Lost part. Under upper intake manifold, 2 studs coming from lower manifold and are not the same length. I have 2 vacuum lines, one coming from the plenum and the other a white vacuum line coming from the back of the engine. I also have an opening on the passenger valve cover. Please help. Been to junk yards and are not on other 5.0 engines.

Could the hole on the passenger side cover be for the PCV valve? If it is, then there is a hose that connects to it.
