WHY IS MY VEHICLE STALLING OUT?

Asked by Apr 04, 2013 at 09:34 PM about the 1995 Ford E-250 3 Dr STD Econoline Cargo Van

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1995 E250 dies when I come to a stop of just slow down. This started after the fuel injectors were cleaned. The shop says they can't find the problem. Another shop told me the battery was bad, it wasn't. Electrical system is good. I feel it is a fuel issue with in the fuel injectors, but the mechanics don't seem to know what it is.

Good place to start - check the battery! I had this happen to a '99 Ford 350 & it turned out to be an almost dead battery.

BTW the battery was new and working properly.
