My 95 Ford econoline 150 van ran hot after I cooled it down and started it back up it has a miss what could it be

Did you loose coolant and it sprayed all over the engine? Then I'd say you have coolant on your wiring and electrical connectors causing the issue. Let it dry or clean up the spark plug wires and connections. Then find out why it overheat and repair .

No it did not spray nothing on engine! what else could it be?
