poor 6 liters never had much power to begin with. the turbo on those are variable vane and alot of times they will tend to stick from either rust build up or carbon build up. if you take them off and clean off whatever is making it stick and apply some anti seize to the suface where the vanes ride it will fix them. but then again it could be just about anything. does it run good when you get to higher rpms?

I have 1999 f250 the key will not start it. It has a new ignition switch and power goes to it, but the key will not not turn it far enough to the start position, got any answers? 2 answers
I have checked most thing out and it is somewhere between the key and the ignition switch.
