Where should I take my 1999 Ford Cobra Mustang to get the transmission rebuilt?

I need to get my transmission rebuilt on my 1999 Cobra Mustang.  Would it be
better to take it to a dealer, a big chain of shops, or just a little family owned
shop?  I'm nervous to take it somewhere so I want to make sure I make a good
decision.

Check reviews online. Your best bet in my opinion is to buy a Ford factory rebuilt transmission. Check out the warranty but the one I bought for my truck was WAY better than anything else available.
