I just did a Carfax on a van I want to buy. Everything on it
looks great except this.
Severe problems were reported by a state Department of
Motor Vehicles (DMV)

But the miles on it are consistent with what the mileage
should be. It’s only 5k miles over its last check just a few
months ago.
Can I still register this vehicle? Will it pass a smog check
with this as an issue? Purchasing Tuesday! Lemme know!
