96 7.3 powerstroke loss of power

96 ford 7.3 powerstroke loss of
power. We have changed the icp
sensor the cps sensor and put two
new batteries in it. Still have loss of
power. What else could it be.

Have you recently changed the fuel filter?


Yes it also has been changed.
