Can I tow this with my 1994 E 150 conversion van?

I won a 1994 E 150 conversion van with a 5L V8 multiport, fuel injected engine.  I am looking at a 2005 Aerolite 214 camper with a weight distributing tow bar. The chart on their website lists this camper as weighing 3648 dry. I never carry water........
I went to see it and it looks huge!(I'm presently towing a Coleman Niagara 2001 pop up) Can my van handle this?
