Compressor kicking off and on is normal fir all car sized airconditioning systems. That is your cycling switch.

So that would make so it don't blow cold air?

Cycling on and off means system is low on refrigerant / freon.

Hey thank you, you don't happen to know what psi it's supposed be?

18,840

Just add a can of freon until the it stops clicking on and off and stays on system is full then.
