Windows not working on my 2001 f250 superduty 7.3 powerstroke

My windows won't work on my 2001 f250
superduty diesel and I che ked the fuse and it
doesn't have any power to it what might be the
problem? What gives the fuse power?

key must be turned on,, corrosion on underside of fuse panel connectors , bring 12 volt wire to fuse and touch it to fuse tang
