I have a fuel smell on my 2003 Cavalier but no apparent leaking onto the ground. Could this be from a clogged fuel filter?

might be a venting from the evap system,(vent for the fuel system), but I'd get it checked out. Not good to be breathing in the fumes or potential fire.
