95 S320 with a bad transmission

The car is nice otherwise.  115,000 miles    All Black SWB

Does anyone have an idea what i can sell this car for?  The transmission won't shift past 2nd.

if this car was running good it would be worth $3900 but the tranny costs 0ver 2500 and $800 to install which is total of $3300 to fix it so its prolly not worth much but i can use it for parts so let me know if you can sell me this car for parts my number is 225-288-2869
