Simple, your ABS has failed. It happens, just give yourself more distance between you and the next car. There are many older cars on the road without ABS. It's definitely a great feature, but, if you want to skip the expense of fixing it, your brakes will still stop the car. It's about $750 to 1,000 to repair. On a 1994 car, I would just skip it and replace your car later when you are ready. All newer cars come standard with ABS those days. Back in 94, it was not as common.
