I have a 2004 trailblazer 4x4 6cyl ls modle.I
changed the shifter cable and now no start.New
battery, switch, neutral safety switch and
starter.Still doing same thing,something on top of
engine clicks but not much more.here fuel pups
come on but if u jump starter out it spins over but
want start.

It run excellent before you changed the shiftier cable? NOW ITS A NO START...But cranks over? Step 1. Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.

Yes everything was working as it should then the battery went dead due to a light being left on.At this point I changed the battery and same thing a clicking on to of the engine,so then changed starter,neutral safety switch and ignition switch and still is doing the same thing.

The only way it will spin over is by jumping the starter out. But it still will not start,it just spins over.
