I have a 2004 chevy trailblazer LS
Radiator literally looks like someone poured
creamy chocolate milk in it my radiator has
been flushed.and it did overheat checked it
again and it had that oily substance in radiator
again.my truck has been parked but what
could it be
overheating is one the most common engine destroyers I know of... cooked head gaskets, cracked heads..ruined radiators etc, locate the cause of the oil injection and repair the damaged components.
It could be engine oil or transmission fluid. If it is transmission fluid it will have a pinkish hue.
It could be a cracked head, head gasket or block. One trick I used to do was to take radiator cap off and crank vehicle (don't take cap off with engine hot).... look inside radiator. .....if the are bubbles I have found the aforementioned problems to usually be the case. .... just my 2 cents
