It's worth about $5k-7k with a working motor. Price out used or rebuilt motor and do the math.

where are you, it is hard to price such things, (in haiti-a lot), i mean what market, junk yard-$500. where are you located?

It's sitting next to my barn with a tarp on it.... in central Pennsylvania. We own it. Want to sell it.

how long has it sat not running- in or out of weather/how long-tires been on the ground still? as much info as possible, weathered means rust underneath, not running means brake lines may be bad, fuel in tank no many factors when determining value, decide what it means to you first, as sentimental value, then is there a compromise between that and any offers...

it's been sitting 2 years. Don't know about rust underneath. we are second owners. bought it in 07. previous owners kept in garage at all times. tires were relatively new when the engine went...but they've been on the dirt/mud for 2 years. don't know about fuel, brakes, etc.

Its worth what someone is welling to pay for it start at $5000 take the best offer the w126 chassis is a nice car but the 350 sdl is somewhat rare and finding a clacker for it maybe difficult and expensive
