To the left of your outside temp indicator in the center of the gauges is a black knob that rotates - it controls the illumination of the dash lights; play with it and see what happens. The lights on all the gauges are bulbs but fiber optic on the switches. This little switch controls them all.

i have the same issue, but i also have no backlighting in any of my window controls and the only lights i have when i turn them on are the headlights. brake lights and tun signals work when engaged, but nothing else. all fuses appear in working order (no broken connections)
